The Norwegian Afghanistan Committee (NAC) is a member-based solidarity organization that has been working in support and solidarity with the Afghan people for more than 35 years. NAC works in the following sectors: Education, Gender and Human Rights, Governance and Civil Society, Health, Food Security, Job Creation, Disaster Risk Reduction and Climate Change Adaptation. NAC’s vision is that NAC shall contribute to an Afghanistan free of poverty where equality, democracy, human rights and respect serve as the bases for political action and development.

The Norwegian Afghanistan Committee (NAC) has a zero tolerance of sexual exploitation, abuse, and harassment (SEAH) both within the organization and of beneficiaries. Prevention of and protection from sexual exploitation, abuse, and harassment (PSEAH) is the individual and collective responsibility of all NAC officers, management, staff, consultants, and volunteers, who are all required to familiarize themselves with, agree to, and act in accordance with NAC’s Ethical Guidelines and Commitment, NAC Child Protection Policy, and NAC PSEAH Policy, at all times – both during and outside working hours – and participate actively in introductory and refresher trainings. Any breaches of PSEAH clauses in NAC’s policies, guidelines, and/or commitments will lead to immediate termination and possible legal actions.

مسئولیت ارائه تمامی فعالیت‌های مرتبط با حمایت روانی-اجتماعی (PSS) از جمله مشاوره‌های PSS، شناسایی موارد، برگزاری جلسات آگاهی‌بخشی برای افزایش تاب‌آوری جامعه، ارجاع موارد و گزارش‌دهی فعالیت‌ها

ارائه خدمات روانی-اجتماعی متناسب با فرهنگ و سن مراجعین

افزایش آگاهی جامعه در خصوص فعالیت‌ها و مسائل حمایت و مراقبت PSS

اطمینان از ادغام خدمات روانی/PSS در فعالیت‌های آموزش بهداشتی مراکز صحی

ارائه مشاوره PSS به افراد و گروه‌ها در صورت نیاز

برنامه‌ریزی، گزارش‌دهی و کمک به مستند سازی فعالیت‌های پروژه به عنوان عضوی کلیدی تیم

ایفای نقش مسئول سلامت روانی و PSS در جلسات مرتبط و فعالیت‌های ارتقاء ظرفیت در سطح مرکز صحی و ولایت

تسهیل مشارکت اعضای جامعه در جلسات روانی-اجتماعی و مراقبتی

حمایت از کارکنان صحی دیگر، به ویژه قابله‌ها و پرستاران، در کارهای روزانه

حفظ محرمیت اطلاعات مراجعین و ثبت دقیق خدمات ارائه شده

تمرکز بر سلامت روانی زنان و دختران و تضمین ارائه خدمات مرتبط در بخش صحی

انجام سایر وظایف مرتبط طبق دستور مستقیم

شرکت در تمامی جلسات داخلی، نشست‌ها و آموزش‌های خدماتی

رعایت معیارات، نظم و اخلاق طبابت

تقویت هماهنگی با تمامی کارکنان، شوراهای صحی و نهادهای مرتبط

الزامات آشنایی با زبان‌ها، در صورت نیاز

تسلط به زبان های رسمی کشور ( دری و پشتو)  و آشنائی به زبان انگلیسی

شایستگی‌های مورد نیاز

فارغ از بخش مشاوره و صحت روانی یکی از پوهنتون/انستیتوت های علوم صحی راجستر شده

داشتن مهارت مشاوره و حمایت در بخش صحت روانی

  سه (3) سال تجربه در بخش صحت روانی 

کاندیدان باید باشنده‌ گان محلی باشند
