The Norwegian Afghanistan Committee (NAC) is a member-based solidarity organization that has been working in support and solidarity with the Afghan people for more than 35 years. NAC works in the following sectors: Education, Gender and Human Rights, Governance and Civil Society, Health, Food Security, Job Creation, Disaster Risk Reduction and Climate Change Adaptation. NAC’s vision is that NAC shall contribute to an Afghanistan free of poverty where equality, democracy, human rights and respect serve as the bases for political action and development.

The Norwegian Afghanistan Committee (NAC) has a zero tolerance of sexual exploitation, abuse, and harassment (SEAH) both within the organization and of beneficiaries. Prevention of and protection from sexual exploitation, abuse, and harassment (PSEAH) is the individual and collective responsibility of all NAC officers, management, staff, consultants, and volunteers, who are all required to familiarize themselves with, agree to, and act in accordance with NAC’s Ethical Guidelines and Commitment, NAC Child Protection Policy, and NAC PSEAH Policy, at all times – both during and outside working hours – and participate actively in introductory and refresher trainings. Any breaches of PSEAH clauses in NAC’s policies, guidelines, and/or commitments will lead to immediate termination and possible legal actions.

وظایف و مسئولیت‌های واکسیناسیون

واکسین نمودن گروپ مورد هدف طبق پلان و شاخص‌های تعیین شده

تهیه فهرست افراد غایب و پیگیری آنان در مناطق تحت پوشش

استفاده و تجدید به موقع وسایل و ثبت واکسین (شاخص های نظارتی ماهانه و دفتر موجودی)

نگهداری و ذخیره واکسین و تجهیزات واکسیناسیون طبق دستورالعمل‌ها

حفظ زنجیره سرد واکسین‌ها

تهیه و ارسال فهرست درخواست واکسین و تجهیزات مربوط به نهادهای ذیربط

تهیه پلان عملیاتی برای روزهای ملی واکسیناسیون، آموزش داوطلبان و مشارکت فعال در این روزها

جمع‌آوری، ادغام و ارسال گزارش‌های ماهانه فعالیت‌های تیم واکسیناسیون به نهادهای مربوطه

رعایت دقیق استانداردها، به خصوص در زمینه وقایه از انتان

تنظیم پلان کاری ماهانه، سه‌ماهه و سالانه مطابق با پلان کلی اداره برای دستیابی به اهداف تعیین شده

تهیه و ارائه گزارش‌های کاری ماهانه، سه‌ماهه و سالانه به بخش مربوطه.

سهم گیری در کمپاین‌های واکسیناسیون طبق جدول زمانی مشخص

برگزاری جلسات آموزش صحی درباره برنامه‌های معافیت دهی، بیماری‌های اسهالی، تنفسی و تغذیه

رعایت معیارات، نظم و اخلاق طبابت

انجام سایر وظایف مرتبط طبق دستورآمرمستقیم

آگاهی دهی برای مریضان و مریضداران در مورد امراض قابل وقایه توسط واکسین ها

الزامات آشنایی با زبان‌ها، در صورت نیاز    

تسلط به زبان های رسمی کشور ( دری و پشتو)  و آشنائی به زبان انگلیسی     

شایستگی‌های مورد نیاز       

فارغ از برنامه سه ماهه واکسیناتوری یکی از مؤسسات شناخته شده و تائید شده وزارت محترم صحت عامه

3 سال تجربه در بخش واکسیناتوری

کاندیدان باید باشنده ‌گان محلی باشند
