Job Description:
Technical and administrative responsibilities
Utilizes the BPHS guideline as a reference for performance and quality improvement
Cooperation and support of registration and treatment of clients and patients.
Providing preventive and treatment services for patients and diagnosis and treatment according to national standards.
Diagnosis and treatment of outpatients and inpatients
Detailed observations and completion of necessary examinations to reach the final diagnosis
Participation in the design and implementation of training during the execution of duties for clinic employees
Active participation in the process of monitoring the work of clinic staff and strengthening their professional knowledge to improve the quality of work
Providing health education to patients during examinations and diagnosis.
Timely identification and diagnosis of complicated cases and their referral to advanced services
Efforts to increase the level of professional knowledge of staff and strengthen their professional skills according to national and international guidelines in the field of health services
Registering and maintaining related reports and documents.
Provide qualitive data for PPHD and the donors
Active participation in obtaining child and maternal health indicators
Active participation on HF committees and follow-up of the activities
Implement the Harmonized Quality Improvement Program on 4C
Follow up and fill the gaps of the external and internal feedback and findings of supervision and monitoring’s.
Participation in meetings, conferences and training courses.
Covering the complicated cases
On call for emergency and/or complicated cases during the night shift.
Rapid identification and reporting of problems that prevent the achievement of goals
Keep sound coordination between the clinic and other departments
Ensures a clean, safe, and secure working environment in health facilities
Any other task assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
Education
Graduated from a well-recognized medical faculty, holding a specialist degree in Gynecology/Obstetrics and Ultrasound.
Language requirements
Fluency in national languages (Dari and/or Pashto) is required. Knowledge of local dialects and working proficiency in English is an asset.
Experience
At least 4 years of experience in EPHS/BPHS
Skills:

Excellent Negotiating skills in multicultural and multilingual environments
Good knowledge of the province, stakeholders, and local communities
