Job Description:
1: A Restaurant Supervisor (F&B Supervisor) is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a restaurant. Their duties include training restaurant staff following company policies, speaking with Guests to address concerns or solve problems and creating work schedules for F&B staff.
2: Proven work experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, Hospitality Manager or similar role.
3:Strong knowledge of Testing food preparation extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff and recipe adherence.
4:BSc degree in Business Administration or hospitality management Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, High school diploma or equivalent required or Familiarity with restaurant management software’s, Hotel Industries and IDS.
5: Strong leadership, motivational, acute financial management skills and people skills.
6: Excellent interpersonal skills, Bookkeeping knowledge, Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
7: Excellent time management skills, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
8: Working knowledge of general restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security.
9: Demonstrated ability to manage operating costs in accordance with budgets and Comfortable setting priorities and delegating tasks as needed.
10: Ability to cope under pressure in a fast-paced environment and problem-solving ability to resolve. Issues as they arise and Ability to professionally address customer complaints.
11: Good business awareness for achieving successful performance.
12: Strong written and oral communication skills for managing business administration and personnel matters.
Job Requirements:
1: Organizes and oversees the staff schedules, Coordinating daily restaurant management operations and supervise shifts.
2: BSc degree in Business Administration or hospitality management Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, High school diploma or equivalent required or Familiarity with restaurant management software’s, Hotel Industries and IDS.
3: Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction.
4: Responding efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints and Keeping customers happy and handling complaints.
5: Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
6: Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
7: Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it and Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.
8: Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses.
9: Recommend ways to reach a broader audience (discounts and social media ads).
10: Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices and following the restaurant procedures.
11: Conducts daily inspection of restaurant and equipment to ensure compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards.
12: Collaborates with chefs to develop appetizing menus.
13: Maintains sales records and tracks cash receipts and must have Knowledge about IDS.
14: Effectively communicates with Guests, Chef Team and Team Members.
15: Ensuring excellent hospitality and customer service and creating a positive work environment for team members.
16: Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly and courteous service at all times.
17. Manage staff disagreements, grievances and situations according to the company’s staff code of conduct, procedures and relevant policies.
18. Seek to ensure at all times that all visitors or guests on our site have the best experience possible.
