Job Description:

Position Summary:

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing Qamar Foundation’s overall digital marketing strategy,
supervising the media team, coordinating physical marketing initiatives, and supporting fundraising campaigns.
The role ensures visibility, engagement, and brand consistency across all platforms.

Reports to: Operation Manager / Admin-HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies for Qamar Foundation.
  • Manage and optimize social media campaigns, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and paid digital ads.
  • Monitor online performance analytics and generate regular reports with actionable insights.
  • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital and offline communication materials.
  • Coordinate with program team to gather stories, visuals, and field updates for use.
  • Approve and schedule engaging content across all digital platforms.
  • Oversee offline marketing activities including banners, brochures, and public displays etc.
  • Design and manage digital fundraising campaigns and donor engagement initiatives.
  • Create email campaigns, donor newsletters, and fundraising landing pages.
  • Provide strategic leadership to the media department and oversee its performance.
  • Develop annual marketing and Fundraising plans aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Offer recommendations to senior management on public image and digital growth strategies.
  • Maintain readiness for crisis communication and manage reputation-related incidents.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by line manager.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, media, or communications.
  • Strong experience with social media management, digital fundraising, and ad platforms.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Mail chimp.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English, Dari, and Pashto.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team supervision capabilities.
  • Analytical thinking, creativity, and attention to detail
