Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all phases of the water supply construction project, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Manage project execution and reporting to stakeholders.
  • Supervise site activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.
  • Coordinate with donors, local authorities, and project teams to ensure smooth project implementation.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare and present regular project updates and financial reports.
  • Participation in daily and weekly progress meetings and presentations.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in civil/water supply engineering.
  • At least 7 years of experience managing water supply construction projects.
  • Proven leadership and problem-solving skills in managing multi-site projects.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluency in English Language
