With a highly skilled technical team and a well-stocked inventory, we are dedicated to providing reliable and timely services to our valued customers.

Our team previously operated under Jubaili Bros Company, and after their operations in Afghanistan ceased in January 2025, Asim Safwan Trading Company was formed to continue serving customers independently—while still maintaining technical and logistical support from Jubaili Bros.

Headquartered in Kabul, we currently do not have provincial branches. However, our experienced technical team and efficient service structure allow us to effectively support clients throughout Afghanistan.

Job Purpose:
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to carry out installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning of diesel generators, with a strong emphasis on synchronization systems and load sharing configurations. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal performance and reliability of power solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install and wire generator control panels, ATS, synchronizing panels, and protection devices.
- Perform synchronization setup for multiple generators using DEIF, Deep Sea, ComAp, or Woodward controllers.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults in generator systems and control panels.
- Calibrate and configure AVR, governor controllers, and power factor correction systems.
- Monitor and test generator performance, including voltage, frequency, and load balancing.
- Maintain documentation of electrical drawings, schematics, and test results.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes.
- Assist in commissioning projects at customer sites and provide technical support.

Qualification 

- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in generator electrical systems.
- Familiar with synchronization logic, load management, and grid-parallel systems.
- Hands-on experience with control panels and generator automation.
- Able to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Knowledge of international standards (IEC, NEC) is a plus.

Skills:

- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Familiar with PLCs, relays, and remote monitoring systems.
- Ability to work independently or in a team.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
