 MOVE Welfare Organization has been founded in 2005 by a group of professionals in health care management. MOVE was registered with Ministry of Economy (Reg. No. 45) & signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Ministry of Public Health on 21.11.2005 (MoU No. 05). Since January 2011, STEP Health and Development Organization Merged with MOVE Welfare Organization and working as on entity under the name of MOVE Welfare Organization.

Job Description:

  • Active participation and collaboration in the management of P4P (Pay for Performance) based on the health center’s performance.

  • Responsible for managing the relevant P4P indicators in their respective section at the health center.

  • Ensuring the delivery of health services, accurate recording, collection, and verification of the reliability of data and reports of the related branch.

  • Responsible for analyzing the implementation of P4P indicators, in accordance with the health center’s PIP (Performance Improvement Plan).

  • Active participation and collaboration in preparing and aligning the branch’s PIP at appropriate times and taking timely corrective actions.

  • Adherence to the hospital’s established regulations and commitment to duties.

  • Cooperation in patient registration and treatment at the hospital.

  • Providing preventive and therapeutic services for patients, diagnosis, and treatment in accordance with national standards.

  • Advancing diagnostic and treatment processes for outpatients and inpatients (IPD).

  • Taking careful observations and completing necessary examinations to reach a final diagnosis.

  • Requesting assistance from relevant specialists in case of diagnostic difficulties.

  • Responsible for applying and collecting health information according to national standards and unifying monthly HMIS reports.

  • Identifying and immediately reporting obstacles that hinder achieving program goals.

  • Participating in planning and implementing ongoing training for hospital staff during duty.

  • Supervising nurses' performance in collaboration with the nursing manager and actively participating in their professional knowledge strengthening process to improve work quality.

  • Providing individual health education to patients during examination and diagnosis.

  • Timely identification of critical incidents and addressing them, and if necessary, referring patients who require higher-level services to specialized hospitals.

  • Striving to enhance professional knowledge and skills and acquiring national guidelines in the field of standard health services.

  • Supervising the cleanliness and hygiene of the relevant service, following schedules for sterilization and cleaning of equipment and hospital rooms.

  • Creating an environment of friendliness, trust, mutual respect, and discipline among personnel; treating patients and their families kindly and maintaining mutual respect with colleagues.

  • Cooperating in establishing an effective referral system for cases that require referral.

  • Creating a trusting environment and encouraging related referral centers for timely referral of urgent cases.

  • Providing comprehensive and concise professional information in response to referral forms of centers under the hospital network.

  • Obedience to superiors’ orders and related directives in the execution of any official duties assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor of MD with at least one year of experience relevant to the position.

  • Experience as a trainer will be considered an advantage.
