Job Description:

  1. Patient Consultations and Examinations:
    1. Conduct thorough medical histories and physical examinations of patients presenting with ear, nose, and throat symptoms.
    2. Perform specialized diagnostic procedures, such as endoscopy, audiometry, and imaging studies, to assess the extent and nature of the condition.
  2. Diagnosis and Treatment:
    1. Diagnose and treat various ENT disorders and conditions, including but not limited to:
    2. Ear conditions: hearing loss, ear infections, tinnitus, vertigo.
    3. Nose conditions: sinusitis, nasal obstruction, allergies, deviated septum.
    4. Throat conditions: tonsillitis, pharyngitis, laryngitis, voice disorders.
    5. Develop individualized treatment plans based on the patient's diagnosis, incorporating medical, surgical, and therapeutic interventions as appropriate.
  3. Surgical Interventions:
    1. Perform surgical procedures related to the ears, nose, throat, head, and neck, including:
    2. Otologic procedures: tympanoplasty, mastoidectomy, cochlear implantation.
    3. Rhino logic procedures: septoplasty, functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS), turbinate reduction.
    4. Laryngologic procedures: vocal cord surgery, laryngoscopy, micro laryngeal surgery.
    5. Ensure patient safety and optimal surgical outcomes through meticulous preoperative evaluation, intraoperative care, and postoperative management.
  4. Patient Education and Counseling:
    1. Educate patients and their families about their ENT conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.
    2. Provide counseling on lifestyle modifications, medication adherence, and postoperative care instructions.

 

  1. Multidisciplinary Collaboration:
    1. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including audiologists, speech-language pathologists, allergists, and radiologists, to optimize patient care and outcomes.
    2. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss complex cases and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
  2. Continuous Professional Development:
    1. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in ENT diagnosis, treatment modalities, and surgical techniques through ongoing education, training, and participation in professional conferences and seminars.

- Maintain licensure and board certification by fulfilling continuing medical education (CME) requirements and adhering to professional standards and guidelines.

Job Requirements:

- Medical degree (MD) from an accredited medical faculty.

- Specialization in ENT from accredited hospital.

- Proficiency in performing ENT-related surgical procedures.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Compassion, empathy, and a patient-centered approach to care.

- Commitment to maintaining high standards of clinical excellence and ethical conduct.
