ACBAR

Organization for Community Coordination and Development (OCCD) established and registered with Ministry of Economy in 2013, is a non-profit, non-governmental, non-political and independent organization. OCCD works in partnership with Government, development and implementing partners in Health, Education, Agriculture and Livestock, Research and Development

1. Active participation in morning report and ward rounds, providing appropriate scientific and professional feedback regarding patient treatment.
2. Preparing and delivering scientific conferences for doctors, attending presentations by junior doctors, and offering them professional and academic recommendations.
3. Performing specialized orthopedic procedures and surgeries, and teaching these to junior doctors.
4. Conducting consultations (referred as “Pneumonias” likely meant "consultations") referred from other departments or hospitals.
5. Providing expert advice to junior doctors in treating bone fracture and trauma cases that present during unofficial hours, ensuring proper recovery of the patients.
6. Continuous improvement in the quality of healthcare services delivered.
7. Evaluating performance, assisting, and encouraging junior doctors to enhance their knowledge and skills.
8. Establishing and implementing updated treatment policies and surgical procedures relevant to orthopedics.
9. Organizing scientific conferences and workshops to enhance the academic level of doctors in the relevant department.
10. Continuous self-improvement in scientific and professional knowledge.
11. Adhering to the official medical uniform during working hours inside the hospital.
12. Assisting doctors in solving their academic and technical challenges.
13. Performing night duties according to the duty schedule prepared by the department head.
14. Maintaining respectful and friendly behavior with patients and all visitors.
15. Active participation in meetings of sub-committees related to the operations and performance of the relevant department.
16. Strict monitoring, implementation, and compliance with established standards in the surgical department.
17. Active participation in quarterly and annual evaluations of the standards set in the respective department.
18. Participating in preparing standard-based work plans in accordance with quarterly evaluations and ensuring their follow-up.

1.Orthopedic Specialist must be graduated from a well-known Faculty

2.Good skills in negotiation and communication

3.familiar with the English language
