Sina Sanayee LTD started its activities since 2017

Manager oversees daily pharmacy operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and prescription processes, while ensuring patient safety and compliance with all regulations. Key responsibilities involve leading and developing the pharmacy team, managing stock and supplier relationships, providing excellent patient care and counseling, and maintaining a financially viable and safe pharmacy environment

- To evaluate current systems in place for pharmaceutical and medical supply management at all level at the hospital
-  To prepare a priority list of all actions needed to be taken
-  To share the action plan with relevant staff at hospital, provincial pharmacy and Kabul office
-  To develop an action plan for implementation of the improving the system
- To implement the action plan in coordination with all other relevant staff at the hospital, provincial pharmacy and Kabul pharmacy

- To evaluate the current medicine and medical supply distribution to different departments/ wards in the hospital

-  To check the record of the medicine supply and medicine in each ward
- To Ensure a transparent system that all medicines are properly recorded and distributed to the patients
- To send stock status report to all wards on monthly basis

- Overseeing sales assistants, cashiers, shelf stockers, and other pharmacy employees.

- Preparing drugs and executing prescription orders for collection or delivery.

Graduated from the Faculty of Pharmacy

At least 5year experience in pharmacy and stock reporting
