Job Description:

  • Design engaging graphics and visual content for Beporsed (Signpost Afghanistan) Website, Facebook page, and other communication platforms.
  • Support the development of brochures, posters, billboards, postcards, covers, reports, and other visual communication products.
  • Help in preparing maps, process diagrams, and other graphical guidelines under the supervision of the Graphic Design Specialist.
  • Collaborate with program teams to review materials and ensure cultural sensitivity and inclusion.
  • Contribute creative ideas and suggestions during brainstorming sessions with the Beporsed team.
  • Assist in conceptualizing and applying project branding guidelines across visual content.
  • Support in creating illustrations, vectors, icons, and basic design elements using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  •  Work on typography, titles, and simple visuals to communicate information clearly.
  • Present draft designs to the team for feedback and make revisions as required.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Art, Digital Communications, Literature of English, Communication or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant experience in graphic design or digital illustration and drawing.
  • Basic to intermediate skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Knowledge of typography, color theory, and visual storytelling. Familiarity with creating simple illustrations, icons, and layouts.
  • Exposure to animation software (Adobe After Effects or similar). Basic photography and video recording experience.
  • High emotional intelligence; respectful of diverse backgrounds; team player; flexible and able to work under pressure.
  • Proficient in computer use, including familiarity with Windows, Android, Skype, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Docs.

Strong attention to detail, ability to collaborate within a team, adaptability, and openness to feedback and guidance
