Bu Ali Rehabilitation and Aid Network (BARAN) is a nongovernmental, non-political and independent organization. BARAN has been established in 27.7.2006 registered with the Ministry of Economy (MoEc), Ministry of Public Health (MoPH), Ministry of Education (MoE) , Ministry of labour, Social Affairs, Martyrs and Disabled (MoLSAMD), Ministry of Justice (MoJ) in order to deliver standard health care, social and educational services including conducting researches. Special attention is given for the community development by promoting capacity building programs.
Job Description:
• Create and manage work schedules for drivers.
• Monitor fuel and spare parts inventory to ensure adequate supply.
• Maintain accurate records, including shipping schedules, routes, customer orders, and driver information.
• Coordinate with the workshop for repairs and maintenance of vehicles and equipment.
• Track services provided and ensure timely completion.
• Schedule repairs for vehicles and other transport equipment.
• Verify vehicle documents and maintain logbooks.
• Inspect vehicle accidents and report damages to the Transport Department.
• Report daily activities and updates to the line manager.
• Maintain records of vehicle spare parts and related expenses.
• Prepare monthly reports on fuel consumption and transport expenses.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the line manager.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor Degree or high school diploma with 2 years’ relevant experience.
· Good oral and written communication skills in Pashto, Dari and English.
· Basic understanding of Ms. Office.
· Knowledge of vehicle arrangement.
· Having good driving skills.
