Misgaran Metal & Rubber goods production company, founded in 2022 by Mr. Mohammad Omar Qaderi, in Kabul-Afghanistan. The company have more than 200 years’ experience of Family’s Tradition & Passion in Art of Crafting Kitchenware from Copper & Aluminum. Considering the necessity of the national & international markets, maintaining and growing the industry, the leadership of Misgaran company decided to invest and build a large and standard factory for the production of Pressure Cookers and rubber products that can inspire both professional chefs and households in their culinary areas. Based on the principle of “Quality first, & Innovation”, we produce best products to satisfy customers with our products.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Accounting & Reporting:

• Maintain and update general ledger accounts.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure timely reconciliation of bank statements, receivables, payables, and inventory.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports for management and external stakeholders.

2. Cost & Inventory Accounting:

• Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs, including raw materials, labor, and overhead.
• Track and reconcile inventory movements (raw materials, WIP, finished goods).
• Develop and maintain accurate product costing models.
• Perform variance analysis and report key findings to management.

3. Budgeting & Forecasting:

• Assist in preparing annual budgets and production cost forecasts.
• Monitor budget vs actual performance and report on key variances.

4. Compliance & Controls:

• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, accounting standards, and internal controls.
• Coordinate with external auditors and support the audit process.
• Prepare and file tax returns and ensure accurate VAT, income tax, and other statutory filings.

5. ERP / Accounting Software:

• Manage daily accounting operations using ERP or accounting systems.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry and reporting within the system.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
Minimum 3 years of hands-on accounting experience in a manufacturing company.
Strong understanding of cost accounting and inventory control.
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Odoo, Tally, SAP, or similar).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
