Aga Khan Health Services (AKHS) is one of the most comprehensive private, not‐for‐profit health care systems in the developing world with community health programs in large geographical areas in Central and South Asia, as well as in East Africa.

The Aga Khan Health Services, Afghanistan (AKHS, A) was established in 2003 as part of the Aga Khan Development Network (AKDN). AKHS, A provides health care services mainly on behalf of the government including the Ministry of Public Health’s of Afghanistan’s Basic Package of Health Services (BPHS) and Essential Package of Hospital Services (EPHS). AKHS, A is unique both in scale and scope, delivering critical health services along the continuum of care, from Community Health Workers (CHWs) to ISO certified hospital facilities.

AKHS, A is currently implementing healthcare services in Bamyan, Baghlan, Badakhshan, Kabul and Takhar provinces. The agency’s scope of work includes the provision of primary and secondary healthcare, preventive and curative medical care, Nursing and Midwifery education, Human Resources Development and Hospital Management. As BPHS and EPHS implementer, AKHS, A provides technical support as well as capacity building of health personnel, immunization services, nutrition trainings and the training of Community Health Nurses and Community Health Midwives.

AKHS, A draws on internal and other donor fundings to continue supplementary and complementary support to the national health system. Moreover, AKHS, A has introduced innovations, including, expansions of e-Health services, e-learning initiatives, and cross border arrangements. To promote healthy environment, AKHS, A is also implementing net zero and greenhouse gas emission initiatives.

ترتيب و تنظيم کتاب راجستر معاينات لابراتواري به صورت دقيق

حفاظت مناسب از سلايد هاي ملاريا و بلغم به منظور کنترول کيفي

از بين بردن به وقت و زمان مواد تاريخ گذشتة لابراتوار

گزارشدهي ربع وار يا به اساس تقاضاي آمر کلينيک در مورد صورت اخذ و مصرف مواد لابراتواري

مراعات شرایط اسیپسی و انتی سیپسس

ترتيب نمودن درخواست اخذ مواد لابراتوار تحت نظارت و هدايت آمر کلينيک

بلند بردن سطح دانش و آگاهي وظيفوي و کسب معلومات در مورد رهنمود هاي ملي

سهم گيري فعال در سيمينار هاي آموزشي

سهم گيري در چهت بهبودي سيمينار هاي آموزشي ( ارايه پيشنهادات و تعيين بعضي عناوين)

عملي نمودن مواد شامل پروتوكول ها و سيمينار ها در جريان كار

انجام هر وظيفة ديگر که از طرف آمر کلينيک لازم ديده مي شود

انجام معاینات لابراتواری.

اداره ، ترتیب ، تنظیم ، حفظ ونگهداشت سامان آلات و سلاید های اخذ شده.

راجع نمودن دوباره نتیجه معاینات ومریض به داکتر معالج.

 داشتن حاضری منظم وسیستم راپوردهی بوقت.

چك نمودن سامان و لوازم (پاك بودن و درست بودن آنها)

برقرار ساختن ارتباط خوب با مریضان

معاينه درست و د قيق لابراتواری

تشخيض درست به استناد پو روتوكول هاي طبي

خانه پري نمودن كتاب راجستر

نظارت نمودن چگونه گي بهبودي شرايط حفظ الصحه در اطاق لابراتوار

جمع آوري و تحليل ارقام (راپور ماهانه )

ارايه نمودن بعضي پيشنهادات غرض بهبود شرايط عرضه خدمات صحي به مقامات ذ يصلاح

 پذیرش معاینات توصیه شده لابراتواری.

تنظیم مریضان با مراجعین به اساس نوبت.

پیشآمد خوب بامراجعین.

اخذ سلاید ها مطابق معیارات قبول شده.

تهیه سلاید ها مطابق نورم زمان معینه.

درج نتائج معاینات مطابق به سلاید معاینه شده.

تالی وراجسترنمودن تمام مراجعین بصورت منظم و درست.

مراعات نمودن نظافت اطاق ، میزکاروسایر لوازم لابراتواری.

بررسی مواد وادویه مورد کاربرد لابراتوار.

تهیه لست درخواستی مواد لازمی لابراتوار حد اقل یکماه قبل از اتمام آن.

بررسی وقتاً فوقتاً ازصحت بودن میکروسکوپ ریجنت های موجود درلابراتوار.

ممانعت از ورود اشخاص غیر مسوول وجلوگیری از واقعات غیر مترقبه.

دورنمودن مواد منتن معاینه شده مانند خون، ادرار، موادغایطه، بلغمم مریض بصورت مصون

تاکسی ا ز آن متضررنگردد.

شستن دستها بعد ازاجرای هر معاینه لابراتواری.

فراغت از انستيتوت متوسطه يا انستيتوت علوم طبي

داشتن سند فراغت از انستیتوت علوم طبی در بخش تکنالوژی طبی يا داشتن سند فراغت از کورس هاي معاون تکنيشن لابراتوار.

حد اقل دویا سه سال تجربه در ساحة مشابه کار

داشتن شخصيت مهربان و خوش برخورد

مهارت هاي مديريتي کافي

تسلط بر زبان هاي مروج در محل

داشتن سجاياي اخلاقي (صبرو حوصله ، دلسوزي، محتاط بودن...)

مراعات نمودن تمام موازين اسلامي
