Job Description:

Finance Management:

  • Oversee and manage all financial activities including budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and reporting.
  • Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, reports, and analysis for senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
  • Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and financial risk.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits and implement audit recommendations.
  • Develop and monitor financial controls and procedures to safeguard company assets.
  • Lead financial planning, cost control, and financial strategy development.

Job Requirements:

 

  • Supervise and coordinate daily administrative operations including office management, procurement, and vendor management.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage facilities, contracts, and administrative staff to support business activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and regulatory standards in administrative functions.

Support HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, and employee welfare

administration.
