The Afghan Welfare Volunteer Aid Organization (AWVAO) is a non-governmental, non-profit, and non-political institution. It is registered with the High Commission for Evaluation of Non-Governmental Organizations under serial number (6070) dated (14/07/1403) in the Solar Hijri calendar, corresponding to (05/10/2024) in the Gregorian calendar, and is authorized by the Ministry of Economy to operate in the capital and provinces of the country.

The goal of AWVAO is to implement sustainable assistance programs primarily in rural areas of Afghanistan, focusing on supporting children and their families who are facing severe economic poverty. To achieve these people-centered objectives, AWVAO primarily concentrates on five main areas of work: education, provision of primary health services, drinking water, emergency aid, and disaster relief.

The organization is determined to make significant contributions in various sectors, especially in the growth and development of the country’s education system, through supporting and managing schools, establishing supplementary training courses, providing equipment, and creating a safe learning environment in public schools such as Khazani, Buyezar, Safa, and Bazari schools in the provinces of Kabul, Kunduz, and Ghazni.

مؤسسه رضاکاران برای رفاه و کمک افغان ها، یک نهاد غیر امارتی، غیر انتفاعی و غیر سیاسی است، که بر اساس کمیسیون عالی ارزیابی مؤسسات غیر دولتی به شماره مسلسل (6070) مورخ (1403/07/14) هجری شمسی مطابق (2024/10/05) میلادی ثبت و راجستر وزارت محترم اقتصاد گردیده و اجازه فعالیت را در مرکز و ولایات کشور برای این مؤسسه منظور نموده است ، هدف موسسه رضاکاران برای رفاه و کمک افغان ها اجرای برنامه های مساعدت های پایدار عمدتا در مناطق روستایی افغانستان با تمرکز بر حمایت کودکان و خانواده های انها که مواجه با فقر شدید اقتصادی اند، میباشد. برای دستیابی به این اهداف مردم محور، موسسه رضاکاران برای رفاه و کمک افغان ها در درجه اول به پنج ساحه کاری اصلی یعنی معارف، ارایه خدمات اولیه صحی، اب اشامیدنی، کمک های اضطراری و امداد رسانی پس از افات طبیعی تمرکز دارد. موسسه مصصم است که فعالیت های چشمگیر را در بخش های مختلف بلخصوص در رشد و انکشاف معارف کشور از طریق حمایت و مدیریت مکاتب، ایجاد کورسهای آموزشی تقویتی، فراهم اوری تجهیزات، ایجاد محیط مصون آموزشی در مکاتب دولتی مانند مکاتب خزانی، بویه زار، صفا و بازاری در ولایت های کابل، کندز و غزنی میباشد.

هدف وظیفه:

پیشبرد امور تعلیمی و تربیتی مطابق پلان و محتویات مضمونی به منظور رشد استعدادهای فکری، جسمی  عاطفی شاگردان و اماده ساختن انها جهت مسولیت پذیری در قبال ارزشهای دینی و ملی

Promoting educational activities in accordance with the plan and subject content, with the aim of developing students' intellectual, physical, and emotional abilities, and preparing them to take responsibility for religious and national values.

Key Duties and Responsibilities: صلاحیت و مسوولیت های وظیفوی/

1. Preparing and organizing lesson plans in accordance with the scheduled timetable for the Social Studies subject.
2. Managing the classroom, taking attendance, organizing class activities, ensuring students’ hygiene, verifying availability of learning materials, and creating a proper learning environment.
3. Assisting in the preparation of supplementary teaching materials and implementing hourly lesson plans based on the subject content, using active and standard teaching methods.
4. Summarizing and evaluating new lessons, assigning homework, and carefully monitoring academic progress.
5. Recording students’ class activities and homework scores in the assessment notebook.
6. Preparing and organizing exam questions, administering exams, and grading the answer sheets.
7. Using supplementary teaching materials to provide practical experiences related to the lesson topic.
8. Drawing and assigning maps according to the lesson topic.
9. Introducing Social Studies topics using scientific field methods, if possible.
10. Strengthening students’ knowledge in demographic, physical, economic, and political geography using methods relevant to the lesson topic.
11. Using scientific project-based methods according to the lesson topic.
12. Taking responsibility for the assigned class when required by the administration.
13. Having a minimum teaching obligation of 24 hours per week.
14. Fostering a spirit of cooperation among colleagues and participating in meetings, committees, and capacity-building programs.
15. Developing one’s own skills and capacities through preparing annual professional development plans in line with modern technologies and competencies.
16. Complying with the country’s laws and regulations in the field of education and civil service.
17. Maintaining appropriate and respectful conduct with students and their parents.
18. Submitting reports of academic activities to the relevant administration.
19. Performing other related duties assigned by the school administration in accordance with laws and regulations.

1. تهیه وترتیب پلان های  درسی در مطابقت با تقسیم اوقات ترتیب شده مضمون علوم اجتماعی
2. مدیریت صنف، تطبیق حاضری، تنظیم صنف درسی، دقت و مراقبت از نظافت شاگردان و حصول اطمینان از داشتن مواد درسی و ایجاد فضای آموزشی مناسب
3. همکاری در تهیه مواد ممد درسی و تطبیق پلان درسی ساعت وار مطابق محتویات مضمون و استفاده از میتودهای فعال و معیاری
4. خلاصه و ارزیابی درس جدید، سپردن کارخانگی و خانه پری دقیق ترقی تعلیم
5. درج نمرات فعالیت های صنفی و کارخانگی شاگردان در کتابچه ارزیابی
6. تهیه و ترتیب سوالات، اخذ امتحان  نمره دهی پارچه های آن.
7. کاربرد مواد ممد درسی جهت تجارب عملی مطابق موضوع درسی
8. ترسیم و خانه پری نقشه ها مطابق موضوع درس.
9. معرفی موضوعات علوم اجتماعی با استفاده از روش های سیر علمی در صورت امکان
10. تقویت دانش شاگردان در بخش های دیموگرافی  فزیک اقتصادی و سیاسی با استفاده از میتود های مطابق موضوع درس
11. استفاده از میتود پروژه ای علمی مطابق موضوع درس
12. نگرانی صنف مربوطه در صورت لزوم دید اداره .
13. داشتن مکلفیت درسی حد اقل 24 ساعت در هفته.
14. ایجاد روحیه  همکاری بین همکاران  اشتراک در جلسات کمیته ها و برنامه  های ارتقای ظرفیت.
15. انکشاف قابلیت ها و ظرفیت های خودی  از طریق تهیه و پلان و رشد مسلکی سالانه مطابق فناوری های روز قابلیت و توانایی ها.
16. رعایت قوانین و مقررات  نافذه کشور در ساحه معارف و خدمات ملکی.
17. برخورد سالم و پسندیده با شاگردان و اولیای شاگردان.
18. ارایه گزارش فعالیت های درسی به اداره مربوطه .
19. اجرای سایر وظایف مرتبط به وظیفه که از طرف اداره مکتب مطابق قوانین و مقررات سپرده میشود.

Job Requirement: شرایط استخدام/

• Must have at least a 14^TH grade in Social Studies; higher academic degrees are preferred.
• Must have a minimum of two years of teaching experience in the field of Social Studies. Familiarity with local languages in writing and speaking, especially the national languages (Pashto and Dari), is considered important.
• Familiarity with MS office Package

حد اقل چهارده پاس در رشته علوم اجتماعی را داشته باشد، به درجه تحصیلی بالاتر ارجحیت داده میشود -

حد اقل دو سال تجربه تدریس در رشته علوم اجتماعی را داشته باشد -

آشنایی با لسان های محلی در نوشتن و صحبت کردن مخصوصاً لسان های ملی(پشتو و دری) مهم پنداشته میشود -

آشنایی با پیکج MS Office -
