Job Description:
Job Summary:
The Head of Product at LasPay is responsible for developing and executing the product strategy and roadmap to support the company’s mission of delivering innovative and secure financial solutions. This role will oversee the entire product lifecycle—from ideation and development to launch and iteration—ensuring alignment with business objectives, market demands, and user needs.
Product Strategy & Vision
- Define and drive the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with LasPay’s goals.
- Stay ahead of market trends, fintech innovations, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
Leadership & Management
- Lead and grow a high-performing product team (product managers, designers, etc.).
- Foster cross-functional collaboration across engineering, marketing, compliance, sales, and customer support.
Product Development & Delivery
- Oversee product planning, development, and delivery using agile methodologies.
- Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on business impact and user value.
- Ensure timely and successful product launches.
User-Centric Design & Research
- Promote a culture of user-centric design by integrating user research and testing into the product lifecycle.
- Ensure Las Pay products offer intuitive, secure, and seamless user experiences.
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Promote a culture of user-centric design by integrating user research and testing into the product lifecycle.

Stakeholder Communication
- Act as the key product spokesperson internally and externally.
- Present product plans, progress, and outcomes to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
Compliance & Risk
- Ensure all products adhere to applicable regulatory requirements in fintech (e.g., KYC/AML, data privacy, security).
- Work closely with legal and compliance teams to manage product-related risks.
Job Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Product Design, Computer Science, or related field. Master’s or MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role in a fintech or tech company.
- Demonstrated success in launching and scaling digital financial products.
- Deep understanding of customer behavior in digital finance and payments.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
