Job Description:
The Marketing Manager’s responsibilities include developing effective marketing strategies, overseeing the marketing department’s operations and ensuring that all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals, identifying and executing improvements for processes, content and lead generation. He will be responsible for the overall image and brand strategy of the Moraa Education Complex.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies, to analyze market trends and competitor strategies, and set current and long-term goals for internal teams,
- Communicate the marketing plans to the team and other stakeholders,
- Research demand for the complex’s services and identify potential customers and develop proposals to attract them,
- Work with the complex sections/departments to develop the strategies to maximize profits and market share while ensuring customer satisfaction,
- Design marketing materials such as brochures, leaflets, mailshots, advertisements and so,
- Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth,
- Build relationships with media and stakeholders through creative PR strategies,
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures,
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications, broadcastings and dissemination,
- Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns, exhibitions and promotional events and be always active to response to customers,
- Forecast market trends and ensure brand consistency through all marketing channels,
- Use customer feedbacks to ensure clients satisfaction,
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics for the complex top management,
- To teach the business administation subjects including the marketing as part time teacher at the Moraa university/institution,
- Other related tasked to be assigned by the leadership of the Complex.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications: education, experiences and skills
- Master degree in Business Administration/Marketing or related fields,
- Proven at least 3 years work experience as a Marketing Manager, Marketing Coordinator or similar roles,
- Ability and skills of teaching business administration and marketing at the university and institution,
- Solid knowledge of web analytics, Google Ad words and so,
- Experience with computers programs, MS Office, the software, digital marketing tools and techniques,
- Strong leadership skills,
- Excellent communications skills,
- Strong analytical and project management skills,
- Strategic mindset with ability to make difficult decisions,
