Job Description:

Jobs Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute an annual marketing plan aligned with the laboratory's business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitor strategies within the healthcare and diagnostic sector.
  • Conduct Daily Marketing Visit (physicians, specialists, hospitals, corporate wellness programs) and share their feedback with line manager on regular basis.
  • Create high quality, accurate, and engaging marketing content for various channels, including Website copy, blog articles, and SEO optimization, Email campaigns and newsletters for clients and prospects, Sales collateral (e.g., brochures, service menus, case studies records), Presentations for sales teams and webinars.
  • Ensure all marketing materials comply with industry regulations and brand guidelines.
  • Manage the laboratory's online presence, including the website and social media profiles.
  • Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads or Facebook)
  • Targeting healthcare professionals.
  • Manage email marketing automation platforms to nurture leads and maintain client engagement.
  • Track, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance metrics (web traffic, LIS info).
  • Work closely with the Lab team to develop effective lead generation and nurturing campaigns.
  • Provide marketing support for key accounts and assist in client retention efforts.
  • Plan and coordinate participation in medical conferences, trade shows, and health fairs.
  • Organize CME (Continuing Medical Education) events or informational seminars for healthcare providers.
  • Uphold and evolve the laboratory's brand identity across all touchpoints.
  • Manage public relations efforts, including drafting press releases and building media relationships within the healthcare community.
  • Periodic Responsibilities:
  • Daily Marketing visit (physicians, Hospitals, Laboratories) & NGOs.
  • Conduct CMEs (Continue Medical Education) in Hospitals.
  • Develop and design social media contents and post via social media platform.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, Communications / Laboratory
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industry.
  • Proven experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., CRM systems like Salesforce, email platforms like Mail chimp, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex medical information into clear, benefits-driven language.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Experience marketing to healthcare professionals (B2B healthcare marketing).
  • Knowledge of the medical laboratory testing landscape and an understanding of key medical terminology.
  • Familiarity with regulatory guidelines relevant to marketing in healthcare.
  • Graphic design skills (e.g., basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or Canva) are a strong plus.
  • Highly professional and ethical, with a deep respect for patient confidentiality.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, results-driven approach.
  • Creative and curious, with a passion for continuous learning.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with scientific, sales, and operational teams.
