Afghanistan Relief and Sustainable Development Organization (ARSDO) founded and registered with ministry of economy Afghanistan 2017. ARSDO is one of the national Non-Profit Development Organizations in Afghanistan, with deep trenched and far-reaching social interventions in the region. Job Description:

Job Purpose:

To enhance the technical and managerial capacity of BPHS staff through systematic training, mentoring, and on-the-job coaching to improve health service delivery and quality in Nuristan province.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct training needs assessments and develop annual capacity building plans.
  2. Organize and facilitate trainings, workshops, and refresher sessions for BPHS staff.
  3. Coordinate with UNICEF, PHD, and partners for joint training initiatives.
  4. Monitor training effectiveness and conduct post-training follow-ups.
  5. Maintain records of trained staff and prepare monthly and quarterly reports.
  6. Provide supportive supervision and on-the-job mentoring during field visits.
  7. any other assigned task

Job Requirements:

Qualification:

  1. MD or Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  2. Five years of experience in training and capacity building in BPHS/ programs.
  3. Strong facilitation and coordination skills; experience with UNICEF or similar agencies preferred.
  4. Fluency in Pashto, Dari, and working knowledge of English.
