Agency for Assistance and Development of Afghanistan (AADA) is an Afghan non-profit non-governmental organization working for the development of Afghanistan mainly through (1) provision of quality health services; (2) community development; (3) training and capacity building at professional and community levels; and (4) research in topics of public health and social sciences besides various projects in different parts of Afghanistan.

• The M&E and HMIS Supervisor is responsible for monitoring the project’s performance against the set targets and activities and reporting to all concerned at all levels. S/he will be responsible for data collection/entry, data analysis, data interpretation and provision of written feedback about findings of HFs and develop follow-up action plan.
• Ensure that data is compiled in relevant systems (e.g., DHIS2,) and is accurate and reliable

• To manage the M&E work plan and ensure relevant logframe milestones of the program are achieved.
• Conducting monitoring of visits to SHC and BHCs as indicated in the implementation plan;
• Ensure that implementation of project activities adheres to program and donor requirements. 

• Supervise regular data collection and ensure the quality of the data by random verifications and validations,
• Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on health indicators and program performance based on field qualitative and quantitative data and submission to AADA main office timely.  
• Develop and implement training plans for health facility staff on data collection and reporting tools.
• Provide technical support and supervision to ensure compliance with health management information standards.
• Assist the Project Coordinator in developing the monthly and quarterly plan of monitoring.
• Any other tasks required.

• Medical doctor with 1 years of HMIS/M&E field
• Experience and skill in health management information system and BPHS implementation.
• Excellent reporting, communication, and representation skills.
• Proven knowledge and capacity in using computer basic applications MS Word, Excel, and Internet Intimate knowledge.
• Ability to speak in local languages (Dari and Pashto) and English.
