Agency for Assistance and Development of Afghanistan (AADA) is an Afghan non-profit non-governmental organization working for the development of Afghanistan mainly through (1) provision of quality health services; (2) community development; (3) training and capacity building at professional and community levels; and (4) research in topics of public health and social sciences besides various projects in different parts of Afghanistan.

• The project supervisor is responsible for smooth implementation of humanitarian assistance project in Farah, Herat and Ghor provinces;
• To manage M&E work plan and ensure relevant logframe milestones of the program are achieved;
• Conducting monitoring to visits (monthly) to service delivery points of SHCs and BHC as indicated in implementation plan;
• Provide feedback about findings to field staff and develop follow up action plan;
• Ensure that implementation of project activities adheres to program and donor requirements; 

• To supervise regular data collection and ensure quality of the data by random verifications and validations;
• Assist SHCs and BHC in-charges in developing the monthly field activities schedule
•  Any other tasks required.

• MD degree from a recognized medical faculty and passed exit exam

• Having at least one-year experience in supervision of health facilities 
• Proficient in MS office (esp. excel and world);
• Local resident is preferred;
• Fluency in written and spoken local languages; 
• Basic working and reporting skills in English.
