Job Description:

The Solar Electric Repair Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining solar energy systems to ensure optimal performance and safety. This role involves installing new solar systems, replacing damaged components, and conducting inspections of panels, batteries, charge controllers, inverters, and wiring. The technician provides both theoretical and practical training to beneficiaries on the operation and maintenance of solar systems, while adhering to safety procedures and technical standards. Additionally, the technician maintains tools and equipment, offers suggestions for service improvements, and ensures compliance with organizational policies. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality service in the renewable energy sector.

The Solar Cooker technician is responsible for training beneficiaries on the principles and types of solar cookers, designing and installing solar cookers in optimal locations by considering sun orientation, and ensuring proper operation and maintenance. The role involves conducting technical inspections, repairing components, and installing glass panels and reflectors. Additionally, the technician collaborates with the project team to deliver practical demonstrations and facilitate the distribution of solar cookers, ensuring environmental standards and efficient functionality.

The Tinsmith is responsible for training beneficiaries in theoretical and practical sheet-metal work, including precise measurement, cutting, welding, and shaping of metals such as iron, tin, aluminum, and profiles. They manufacture various metal products like water containers, kettles, stove pipes, and other tools, utilizing technical equipment such as cutting machines, grinders, welding and machines. The Tinsmith maintains and cares for all tools and machinery, adheres to safety protocols by wearing appropriate protective gear, and ensures high-quality finishing and painting of products for delivery. Additionally, they observe workplace discipline, order, and punctuality.

The Dish Washing Liquid Trainer is responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive, hands-on training programs focused on the safe and effective use of dishwashing liquids. This role involves creating educational materials that highlight the benefits, proper application, and safety protocols associated with dishwashing products. The trainer conducts interactive sessions to demonstrate techniques for mixing, applying, and handling dishwashing liquids while emphasizing hygiene and safety standards. Additionally, they assess beneficiaries’ understanding through practical demonstrations, provide personalized guidance, and maintain accurate training records. The trainer also offers ongoing support, adjusts training methods based on feedback, and ensures all activities comply with safety and environmental guidelines to promote optimal and safe dishwashing practices.

The Food Process Trainer is responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs on food safety and processing techniques to beneficiaries. This role involves creating user-friendly training materials, conducting practical, hands-on sessions, and ensuring beneficiaries understand hygiene protocols, food safety standards, and equipment operation. The trainer assesses learners' progress, provides ongoing support, and continuously refines training content to meet evolving needs. Additionally, the role includes maintaining accurate records, managing tools and equipment, and certifying beneficiaries upon successful completion of training programs.

A skilled tailoring trainer responsible for developing comprehensive training materials, conducting practical and visual demonstrations, and delivering hands-on sewing and garment-making instruction. The role includes teaching fabric handling, pattern making, repairs, and custom designs, while ensuring safe working practices. The trainer provides personalized support, assesses skills through practical tasks, offers constructive feedback, and maintains attendance records. Emphasizing health and safety, the trainer adapts methods to meet individual needs and supports beneficiaries’ ongoing skill development.
