Job Description:

KKG (Kabul Khorasan Group) is seeking an experienced Sales Officer who could provide assistance for the sales team, to work in the field on a day-to-day basis and conduct door-to-door marketing to attract and increase new business customers.

  • Direct and coordinate company sales and marketing functions.
  • Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
  • Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific.
  • Develop and coordinate sales selling cycle and methodology.
  • Identify and resolve client concerns.
  • Direct and oversee the company marketing function to identify and develop new customers for products and services.
  • Research and develop strategies and plans which identify marketing opportunities, direct marketing, and new product development.
  • Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs and results.
  • Directly manage major and critical developing client accounts, and coordinate the management of all other accounts.
  • Supervise the planning and development of company marketing and communication materials.
  • Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
  • Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
  • Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
  • Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up.
  • Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up and adherence to goals.
  • Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales.
  • Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services.
  • Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
  • Establish and implement short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, polices, and operating procedures. 
  • Any other tasks assigned by Supervisors

Job Requirements:

  • At Least graduated from secondary school and BBA Bachelor degree holders (Specialization in Marketing) will be given the priority
  • At least over 2-3 Years of practical Experience in the field relevant field.
  •  The candidate must be able to travel to the provinces.
  • Good knowledge of Sales and Marketing Techniques.
  • Computer Skills (Computer Knowledge)
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong Communications skills.
  • Strong customer relation & problems solving skills
  • Able to work long hours when needed.
  • Time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Additional experience in marketing management with minimum 2-3 years is necessary to become a candidate for this position.
