Naseer Welfare Foundation: is a non-profit charity organization registered with the Ministry of Justice of Afghanistan. For the past 15 years, the foundation has been supporting orphans, widows, disabled individuals, and poor families in Afghanistan. 

We are looking for a skilled and creative Cameraman & Video Editor to capture high-quality video footage and produce engaging content for our projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with professional camera equipment, strong video editing skills, and a keen eye for detail. Key responsibilities will include filming studio distribution, events, and promotional materials, as well as editing videos for publication across various digital platforms. A strong sense of storytelling, timing, and visual composition is essential for creating compelling content that resonates with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design creative and visually appealing materials for both print and digital platforms, including brochures, posters, infographics, reports, banners, and social media graphics.
• Ensure all visuals align with the organization’s branding and communication guidelines.
• Develop design concepts for Fundraising campaigns, events, and publications.
• Prepare and finalize artwork for print and online use, ensuring high-quality output.

Videography:

• Plan, shoot, and edit videos for various purposes — such as promotional campaigns, interviews, documentaries, and reports.
• Handle lighting, audio recording, and camera setup during shoots.
• Edit videos using professional software, graphics, and subtitles where required.
• Ensure all videos meet technical and brand quality standards.

General:

• Collaborate with the New, Programs, Business and Projects teams to produce creative content that effectively convey key messages.
• Manage and maintain all multimedia equipment (cameras, lights, microphones, etc.).
• Stay updated on current design, photography, and video trends to keep materials fresh and engaging.
• Ensure all visual content adheres to ethical, cultural, and organizational policies.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Media Production, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Proven experience in graphic design, photography, and video production/editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Light room, etc.).
• Strong sense of visual storytelling, composition, color, and typography.
• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
• Creativity, initiative, and attention to detail.
• Experience in motion graphics is an asset.
• Able to travel to different provinces for distribution/program media coverage.
