About Afghanistan Social and Legal Organization (ASLO):

Job Description:
Liaison and Coordination:
- Maintain regular communication and coordination with government departments, local authorities, partner organizations, and other stakeholders.
- Represent the organization in coordination meetings, workshops, and other official forums.
- Support in obtaining necessary approvals, permits, and clearances for project activities.
- Facilitate communication between field offices and the main office to ensure alignment of activities.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Collect and compile data, progress updates, and activity reports from field teams.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for submission to management and donors.
- Ensure reports are accurate, timely, and aligned with project objectives and donor requirements.
- Support in preparing briefing notes, success stories, and case studies.
Monitoring and Support:
- Assist in monitoring field activities to ensure compliance with project plans and policies.
- Identify and report challenges, risks, or delays in project implementation.
- Work closely with the M&E (Monitoring and Evaluation) and Communications teams to ensure quality reporting.
Administrative Support:
- Maintain proper documentation of all correspondence, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Support in organizing field visits, coordination meetings, and workshops.
- Contribute to developing communication materials, presentations, and visibility reports.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Development Studies, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in liaison, coordination, or reporting roles (preferably in NGOs or development projects).
- Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent report-writing and documentation skills in English (and local languages if applicable).
- Good understanding of government structures, donor requirements, and local context.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and report formatting.
- Ability to travel to project sites when required.
