We are seeking CVs from experienced local (Afghan), regional, and global experts to serve as Lead Researchers, Thematic Experts, and M&E Specialists for upcoming assignments in Afghanistan.

• A Master’s degree in a relevant field is required. Candidates with a Ph.D. are highly preferred.
• A minimum of five (5) years of professional research or evaluation experience related to one or more of the thematic sectors listed below.

To be considered for the roster, applicants must demonstrate significant expertise in at least three (3) of the following five (5) core skill areas:

1. Evaluation & Assessment Design: Expertise in developing methodologies and advanced sampling techniques.
2. Literature Review & Tool Development: Proven ability to conduct comprehensive desk reviews and create high-quality qualitative and quantitative data collection tools.
3. Data Management & Analysis: Proficiency in managing complex datasets and conducting rigorous analysis (familiarity with statistical software is a plus).
4. Data Triangulation & Report Writing: Strong analytical skills to synthesize and triangulate findings from multiple sources and produce clear, high-impact reports.
5. Team Leadership & Management: Demonstrated experience in leading and managing research and evaluation teams, particularly in complex environments.
