Job Description:

We are a trusted travel agency offering international and domestic travel services, including ticketing, hotel reservations, tour packages, and visa support. Our company is growing, and we’re looking for a friendly, well-organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and a passion for customer service.

 

Must able to speak in English, Dari, Pashto fluently 

Job Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and visitors in a professional, friendly manner (in-person or online)
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries about travel bookings
  • Assist clients with basic information about flight schedules, prices, and package details
  • Maintain appointment schedules and coordinate with travel agents and ticketing staff
  • Handle document filing, scanning, and data entry for customer records
  • Support the office with general administrative and front-desk duties
  • Ensure the reception area and client communication channels are well-managed and organized

Qualifications

Required:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Dari and Pashto 
  • Friendly, professional, and well-presented personality
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Email)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Good customer service attitude and patience

Preferred:

  • Previous experience in Receptionist / Customer Service
  • Knowledge of Forigen languages specailly in English 
  • Comfortable working with international clients and schedules
