Job Description:
We are a growing travel agency providing international and domestic travel services, including ticketing, tour packages, and hotel reservations. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Finance / Accounting Officer with strong QuickBooks experience to manage daily accounting and billing operations.
Fluently in English, Dari and Pashto
Job Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
- Record daily financial transactions in QuickBooks
- Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, and credit memos
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports
- Ensure accurate documentation for all travel-related payments and refunds
- Communicate with management about account status and financial summaries
Qualifications
Required:
- Proven experience using QuickBooks (Online or Desktop)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Able to handle confidential financial information
Preferred:
- Experience in Quickbook and accounting
- Knowledge of ticketing systems, commission tracking, or agent billing
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
