Job Description:
- Manage and maintain supply chain data, including inventory levels, procurement records, supplier performance, and logistics data.
- Manage the monthly consumption and reporting of LMIS data in the m-supply
- Develop dashboards and reports to track supply chain KPIs (e.g., order accuracy, lead times, stock levels, supplier reliability).
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure data consistency and accuracy across systems.
- Forecast and maintain inventory levels, minimize excess and expired inventory, assist with inventory counts, and capture inventory discrepancies and purchase order variances to ensure accurate system inventory at all times
- Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement within the supply chain.
- Ensure data integrity by conducting regular audits and resolving data discrepancies.
- Support supply chain planning and forecasting processes with timely and accurate data.
- Maintain and improve the functionality of m-supply, LMIS, or other digital tools used in supply management.
- Develop and document procedures for data entry, data validation, and reporting standards of pharmaceutical
- Coordinate and communicate with internal departments to ensure materials and supplies are ordered and delivered on time
- Provide training and support to team members on data management tools and best practices of pharmaceutical management.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in statistics, economics, pharmacy, or related field with At least 5 years’ experience.
- Experience in m-supply or managing data in the health supply chain would be an added advantage.
- Work experience with other health organizations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work and deal successfully in a multi-cultural environment.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Excellent English and Proficient in local
