Job Description:
- Assist the SCO in Procurement Proceedings
- Preparation of RFQs
- Ensure Procurement Tracking Sheet is well maintained and accounted for
- Procure all requested items promptly to facilitate program and operational needs.
- Ensure efficient filing system is available
- Maintain accurate and updated records of facility contracts, bills, utilities and services.
- Manage logistics for the field office including transportation, office supplies, stationery, cleaning materials, equipment, etc.
- Assist in the preparation of GRN
- Assist the distribution of supplies to Health facilities
- Manage all drivers at the field office and ensure they are in full compliance with RI vehicle management policy
- Conduct regular inspections and checks of vehicles and equipment.
- Ensure field office and guest house are well maintained and comply with safety and hygiene standards
- Assist in the development and implementation of supply chain and operations policies, procedures, guidelines and tools.
- Assist in the identification and mitigation of supply chain and operations risks.
- Assist in the capacity building of supply chain and operations staff and partners.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements:
- Degree in Business Management, Economic, or related field from recognized university or institutes
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position or equivalent at NGOs.
- Fluent in Dari, Pashto, and English, Written and spoken.
- Computer skill at operator level, especially with MS office packages.
- Familiar with planning, budgeting and report writing.
- Honest, active, and well mannered.
- Ready to work, live and travel in an intricate and strenuous environment
