About the Role
A strong technical builder who can single-handedly build, and ship full products, both
web-platforms and mobile apps. You should be comfortable using Cursor, Claude,
and ChatGPT/Codex to accelerate development and ship products fast.
You will build complex web platforms and mobile apps fast, including marketplacestyle
products, and help run rapid build-test-validate cycles across multiple ideas.
This is an early, high-ownership role. Someone who wants to build aggressively, loves
shipping fast, and fluent in English language. You should enjoy experimenting with
AI tools and turning ideas into working products quickly.

Responsibilities
Product Building
• Design and build full web applications from scratch.
• Use AI tools (Cursor/Codex) to accelerate development and increase speed of
iteration.
• Build clean, scalable, and production-ready code.
• Develop iOS + Android versions of the products.
• Use cross-platform frameworks or native development depending on the need.
• Handle end-to-end development: from UI to backend integration to
deployment.

AI Integration
• Integrate LLM-based features: search, matching, task routing, QA layers,
automated workflows.
• Optimize prompts, improve reliability, and ship simple agent-like behaviors.
Rapid Experimentation
• Execute fast MVP builds for multiple ideas.
• Run quick cycles with real customer feedback.
• Help evaluate what’s working and what should be killed.
Technical Ownership
• Make architecture decisions.
• Maintain code, performance, debugging and product quality.
• Manage deployments, monitoring, and improvements.
• Own the full technical stack.

Required Qualifications
Core Engineering Skills
• Strong experience in full-stack web development (React, Next.js, Node.js,
Typescript, Python, or similar). At least, 4+ years of direct proven experience.
• Ability to architect and build marketplace-style platforms (authentication,
profiles, reviews, payments, search, dashboards, messaging).
• Experience with databases and backend systems (PostgreSQL, MongoDB,
Supabase, Firebase, Prisma, etc.).
• Strong understanding of deployment & DevOps basics (Vercel, AWS, Docker,
CI/CD).
• Ability to design and build cross-platform mobile apps for both iOS and
Android.
• Experience with frameworks like React Native, Flutter, or Swift/Kotlin.
• Ability to integrate mobile apps with backend APIs, real-time features,
authentication, and payments.

AI Engineering Skills
• Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude
Artifacts, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT Codex).
• Ability to integrate AI features (e.g., automated matching, task classification,
quality scoring, workflow automation).
• Extended working knowledge and experience with LLM APIs.
Builder Mindset
• Can take a rough idea or prompt and turn it into a working product within days.
• Comfortable working fast, shipping imperfect MVPs, and iterating from real
user feedback.
• Excited about exploring multiple ideas using a structured loop: Build → Test →
Get real-world feedback → Validate fast → Kill or double-down.
• Strong communication, ownership, and independence.
