Job Description:
- Track program milestones and outputs across sectors.
- Liaise between HQ, field teams, and sector managers to maintain quality and timeliness.
- Monitor compliance with donor obligations and internal standards.
- Compile data for narrative reporting, support MEAL framework implementation.
- Participate in joint needs assessments, proposal development, and donor liaison.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Development Management or related field.
- 5+ years in field coordination or implementation roles.
Deliverables:
- Comprehensive program tracker dashboard.
- Monthly implementation and compliance reports.
- Final compilation of quarterly narrative reports.
Language Proficiency:
- Fluency in both national language (Dari & Pashto) oral and written
- Fluency in English is a must both oral and written
