NSTESC is a pure Afghan company which has several years of telecom, constructing, electrical, Technical and Engineering Services with national and international companies.

• Supervising the operation of the electric systems (Generators, Solar System and City Power).
• Managing regional sites and associated personnel.
• Negotiating with landlord owners in legal matters.
• Ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, rules and regulations
• Conduct daily, weekly and monthly inspections to reduce fuel, maintenance and electric expenses.
• Work closely with Admin and NOC departments and providing reports for relevant departments.
• Support sites and manage community and local crisis’s.
• Surveying new locations for building new sites.
• Participate in meetings with clients and other stakeholders.
• Receive compliance and resolve problems.
•  Review, understand, analyze the problems and make recommendation to the head office to solve them.
• Proactively identifying Risks & Opportunities on a timely basis.
• preventing electricity and fuel theft.

Prepare and submit performance report

Prepare and submit performance report

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electro Mechanic Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering or related subject
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in similar role in Telecommunications field.
• Able to travel the whole provinces of Afghanistan.
• Excellent leader ship and decision- making skill
• Having excellent communication to solve community problems.
• Knowledge of MS Office Applications Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Work individually or as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multi task while delivering quality results
• Honest, reliable and committed to working hard

Reporting: The Regional Supervisor will be directly responsible to CEO, Admin and NOC Managers
