Bank-e-Millie Afghan (BMA) is the foremost first financial institution of Afghanistan established in 1933. Similarly, it was the first financial institution established in a public-private partnership set up with a 72% share held by the private sector. As the first bank in the country, BMA introduced formal banking services to the people and government of Afghanistan. Since then, the bank’s competitive strength and ongoing market leadership philosophy lays in its strong capital base and proven trustworthiness. In 1976, it was fully nationalized by the government of Afghanistan. Since its establishment, BMA has been a leading bank in providing modern and secure banking services. Securing depositors' funds is the top priority of the bank. At the same time, the bank is contributing considerably to the development of manufacturing, agriculture, services, and international trade in the country. BMA is operating based on strong corporate governance principles, financial risk management, and strict compliance to keep its credibility and trust. At present, BMA has 17 City Branches including the HQ and 4 Counters in Kabul, 22 Provincial Branches and 3 Counters accompanied by a broader outlook and prospect for growth and expansion in near future, and equity investments in the USA and England.

مسئولیت های وظیفوی:

تنظیم، کنترول و نظارت از تمام بخش های پرودکشن، ویدیوگرافی، طراحی برندینگ و ترتیب اعلانات تجارتی برای محصولات وخدمات بانک.

شرح وظایف:

• طرح و ترتیب پلان کاری ماهوار، ربعوار و سالانه در مطابقت با برنامه های بانک ملی افغان جهت نیل به اهداف تعیین شده.
• طراحی و دیزاین متفاوت و خلاقانه اعلانات ویدیویی برای صفحات اجتماعی
• ثبت صدا و تصویر (ویدیو) برداری برای اعلانات و بازاریابی
• طراحی دیزاین و ساخت انیمیشن ها
• نوشتن سکریپت برای محصولات و خدمات بانکی
• طراحی و دیزاین انفوگرافیک ها برای بخش های تبلیغاتی
• طراحی و ساخت ویدیوهای کوتاه برای محصولات و خدمات بانکی
• تامین ارتباط و همآهنگی با سایر بخش های مرتبط جهت پیشبرد امور محوله
• انتقال مهارت های مسلکی به شیوه تدویر ورکشاپ ها، سیمینار ها و آموزش های جریان کار به کارکنان مربوطه
• کنترول و نظارت از تمام بخش های پرودکشن
• تنظیم و کنترول سوند سیستم پرودکشن و برنامه ها بصورت دوامدار
• یکسان سازی دیزاین از محصولات وخدمات بانک طبق روش های جدید گرافیکی
• عکس برداری، ثبت ویدیو از رویدادهای مختلف بانک
• انجام سایر وظایف که از طرف مدیریت ومعاونیت محول میگردد

تحصیلات، تجارت ومهارت های لازم:

1. درجه تحصیلی: دارای سند تحصیلی حد اقل لیسانس با داشتن سند های مختلف مانند بخش گرافیک انمیشن و غیره.
2. تجارب لازم : حد اقل 5 سال تجربه کاری مرتبط به وظیفه
3. مهارت های دیگر :

• A. کمپیوتر: پروگرام های افیس، آشنائی باسیستم های مورد استفاده بانک وسیستم های گرافیکی و مهارت های کمپیوتری در برنامه های ،Photoshop , Corel draw - Adobe Premiere pro, Illustrator, In Design,، Cinema 4D، Adobe After Effects، Adobe Audition  و سایر برنامه های مرتبط

B. لسان: زبان های رسمی کشور (دری، پشتو) و انگلیسی

C. مراسلات اداری: مهارت کافی در مراسلات اداری داشته باشد
