Women Activities & Social Service Association (WASSA) was established in 2002 in Afghanistan as a non-governmental organization, committed to seeking ways for women's empowerment in Afghanistan. WASSA aims to promote women's equal participation in socio-economic sectors of the country. WASSA works directly with communities to bring change in the social attitude of the community regarding women.

• Provides comprehensive care to neonates, infants, children, and adolescents with different disease processes from basic to complex including patients’/family education and support. Medical

• Injections (IM, IV and …), Dressing (injuries and burns), stitching (outpatient surgery)

• Demonstrates knowledge and skills of age-related variations and normal parameters of vital signs of neonates, infants, children, and adolescent patients.
  داشتن دانش و مهارت‌های مربوط به تفاوت‌های سنی و پارامترهای نرمال علائم حیاتی مریضان نوزادان، کودکان و نوجوانان.
• Administers medication safely according to the age doses.
  تزریق دوا به صورت امن مطابق با دوزهای سنی.
• Educates patient or parents/guardians about disease process, treatment options, and discharge instructions.
  آموزش مریض یا والدین/نرس ها در مورد روند مریضی، گزینه‌های درمانی و دستورالعمل‌های ترخیص.
• Provide education sessions (provide information regarding communicable diseases, vaccination, nutrition, hygiene and …)
  برگزاری جلسات آموزشی (ارائه اطلاعات در مورد مریضی‌های ساری، واکسیناسیون، تغذیه، بهداشت و ...)
• Prepares patients for surgery or procedure.آماده‌سازی مریضان برای جراحی یا روش‌های درمانی.
• Demonstrates knowledge and skills related to all equipment being used in Unit.

• Assists in handling cardiac arrest situation.کمک به مدیریت وضعیت ایست قلبی.
• Utilizes SBAR technique to notify patient’s condition
  استفاده از تکنیک SBAR برای اطلاع ‌رسانی وضعیت مریض.
• • Demonstrates safe handling and proper use of equipment/supplies.

• Participates actively in patient/family & staff education with the assistance of Nurse Instructor.

• Provides safe environment for the patients by following infection control policies and applying safety measures for patients.

• Practices safe central/peripheral line therapies and monitors patients’ responses and takes action accordingly.

• Demonstrates knowledge and skills in handling high-risk patients/services.

• Guides new staff in the provision of safe nursing care and in compliance with Hospital policies and procedures.

• • Provides bereavement care to the family of deceased patient.
  ارائه مراقبت‌ها به خانواده مریض متوفی.
• Incorporates clinical knowledge including diseases, drugs, and dosages into practice and anticipates care and acts accordingly.
  درج دانش بالینی از جمله مریضی‌ها، دواها و دوزها در عمل و پیش‌بینی مراقبت و اقدام بر اساس آن.
• Follows institutional policy for handling Patients’ valuables.
  رعایت سیاست‌های موسسه برای مدیریت دارایی‌های مریضان.
• Maintains & ensures medical/surgical supplies stock at required level.
  حفظ و اطمینان از موجودی تجهیزات طبی/جراحی در سطح مورد نیاز.
• Assesses patient’s concerns/complaints on shift basis to enhance patients’ satisfaction.

Qualification and Educationمدرک و تحصیلات

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Diploma program / bachelor of science in nursing.
  فارغ‌التحصیل دیپلم نرسنگ معتبر / تخصص علوم نرسنگ.

Work Experienceتجربه کاری

• 2-3 years of experience in nursing is preferred.
  2-3 سال تجربه در نرسنگ ترجیح داده می‌شود.
