Women Activities & Social Service Association (WASSA) was established in 2002 in Afghanistan as a non-governmental organization, committed to seeking ways for women's empowerment in Afghanistan. WASSA aims to promote women's equal participation in socio-economic sectors of the country. WASSA works directly with communities to bring change in the social attitude of the community regarding women.

• Obtain the vaccine for the near agreed health facilities. دریافت واکسین برای مراکز صحی نزدیک توافق‌شده.

• Responsible for providing and explaining immunization-related to the clients.
• مسئول ارائه و توضیح مسائل مربوط به وقایوی به مراجعین.

• Conducting vaccination activities according to national immunization standards.
• انجام فعالیت‌های واکسیناسیون بر اساس استانداردهای ملی وقایه و ایمونایزیشن.

• Determines appropriate vaccine type and dose volume appropriate for each client.
• نوع واکسین و مقدار و دوز مناسب برای هر مراجع را تعیین می‌کند.

• Prepares site and administers oral, IM, or IC vaccine per standard protocol.
• محل واکسیناسیون را آماده کرده و واکسین خوراکی، عضلانی (IM) یا زیرجلدی (IC) را طبق پروتکل استاندارد تجویز می‌کند.

• Dispose of sharps in an appropriate receptacle.
• وسایل تیز را در ظرف مناسب میگذارد.

• Active case identification of the children and women eligible to receive vaccine from the community to increase vaccine uptake and reduce the vaccine wastage.
• شناسایی فعال موارد کودکان و زنان واجد شرایط دریافت واکسین از جامعه برای افزایش مصرف واکسین و کاهش ضایعات واکسن.

• Documents vaccination on record and immunization card.
• واکسیناسیون را در سوابق و کارت واکسین ثبت می‌کند.

• As a vaccine preparer, will pre-fill syringes a few at a time, follow a strict protocol for labeling and handling prefilled syringes, and keep supplies stocked.
• به عنوان آماده‌کننده واکسین، سرنگ‌ها را یکی یکی پر کرده، پروتکل دقیقی برای برچسب‌گذاری و نگهداری سرنگ‌های پرشده دنبال می‌کند و مواد مصرفی را موجود نگه می‌دارد.

• Recognize, respond to, and alert emergency medical personnel of possible post-vaccination reactions.
• واکنش‌های بعد از واکسیناسیون ممکن را شناسایی کرده، واکنش نشان داده و پرسنل طبی اضطراری را از آنها مطلع می‌کند.

• Responsible for entering vaccine lot numbers and other required information onto patient’s Immunization Cards.
• مسئول وارد کردن شماره‌های واکسین و دیگر اطلاعات لازم در کارت واکسین مریض.

• Counsel and educate patients, their families, and the community about immunization and relevant areas of health.
• مشاوره و آموزش به مریضان، خانواده‌های آنها و جامعه در موردواکسیناسیون و سایر زمینه‌های مرتبط با صحت.

• Participate in EPI mass campaigns.
• شرکت در کمپین‌های عمومی  EPI (برنامه واکسیناسیون عمومی).

• Vaccinators provide information/education for client (advantage of vaccines, side effect, follow-up and …)
• واکسیناتورها اطلاعات/آموزش برای مراجعین فراهم می‌کنند (مزایای واکسین‌ها، عوارض جانبی، پیگیری و...)

• Supervise the volunteer’s activities at the district level.
• نظارت بر فعالیت‌های رضاکاران جامعه.

• Prepare inventory list on need base.
• تهیه فهرست موجودی بر اساس نیاز.

• Actively participate in community-based program.
• به طور فعال در برنامه‌های مبتنی بر جامعه مشارکت کنید.

• Assist in dispensing medicine and other supplies to patients when it is required.
• کمک به توزیع دوا و سایر ملزومات به مریضان در مواقع نیاز.

• Ensure the patients understand how to properly use the prescribed medicines.
• اطمینان حاصل کنید که مریضان نحوه استفاده صحیح از دواهای تجویز شده را درک کنند.

• Preparing requests for medicine and other nutrition supplies on a weekly and timely basis.
• درخواست دوا و سایر ملزومات تغذیه‌ای را به صورت هفتگی و به موقع آماده کند.

• Preparing and submitting monthly reports of medicine and nutrition supplies consumption meeting the deadlines.
• گزارش‌های ماهانه مصرف دوا و ملزومات تغذیه‌ای را تهیه کرده و در زمان‌های مقرر ارسال کند.

• Provide and support immunization services in the community for target groups.
• ارائه و حمایت از خدمات واکسیناسیون در جامعه برای گروه‌های هدف.

• To ensure accurate registration and reporting of activities.
• اطمینان از ثبت و گزارش‌دهی دقیق فعالیت‌ها.

• Storage and look after vaccines and other EPI instruments in his area.
• ذخیره‌سازی و مراقبت از واکسن‌ها و سایر وسایل EPI در منطقه خود.

• Proper running of his area cold chain.
• اجرای صحیح زنجیره سرد در منطقه خود.

• Prepare and maintain the activity timetable of the immunization activities.
• تهیه و نگهداری جدول زمانی فعالیت‌های واکسیناسیون.

• Arrange vaccination sessions according to the timetable.
• ترتیب دادن جلسات واکسیناسیون بر اساس جدول زمانی.

Graduate from Public health.
• فارغ‌التحصیل از رشته های صحی.

• At least 2 years’ experience in the field of health.
• حداقل 2 سال تجربه در زمینه صحت.

• Experience in behavioral change promotion is preferred.
• تجربه در ترویج تغییرات رفتاری.

• Excellent communication with communities.
• ارتباط عالی با جوامع.

• Good training & demonstration skills.
• مهارت‌های خوب در آموزش و ارایه.

• Having a high flexibility level.
• داشتن سطح بالایی از انعطاف‌پذیری.

• Ability to manage working environment according to local culture.
• توانایی مدیریت محیط کاری مطابق با فرهنگ محلی.

• Fluent in local languages (Dari & Pashto), Knowledge of English language is a plus.
• تسلط به زبان‌های محلی (دری و پشتو)، آشنایی با زبان انگلیسی
