Job Description:
Assist operating theatre staff in preparing surgical rooms and ensuring sterile environments.
Support preparation, sterilization, and arrangement of surgical instruments and supplies.
Assist in pre-operative patient preparation and post-operative care under supervision.
Observe and support surgical procedures while maintaining sterile techniques.
Monitor patients’ vital signs during surgical interventions as instructed.
Support infection prevention and control practices within the operating theatre.
Assist in patient positioning and safety during operations.
Help document surgical procedures and nursing notes accurately.
Support post-surgical recovery and patient transfer procedures.
Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and adherence to patient safety standards at all times.
