Islamic Relief has been working in Afghanistan for more than 23 years, providing emergency relief and implementing life-changing development projects for some of the most vulnerable people in the country. Islamic Relief set up our first Afghanistan office in 1999. Since then, IRA continued providing assistances in emergency relief, food security, livelihood, education, health, nutrition, shelter, orphan sponsorship, Ramadan and Qurbani programmes.
Job Description:
- Provide administrative support to hospital departments through data entry, document filing, and record management.
- Assist in organizing official correspondence, reports, and internal documentation.
- Support marketing and communication activities, including preparation of promotional materials and content.
- Assist in managing social media platforms and updating institutional information when required.
- Support the organization of events, awareness campaigns, and outreach activities.
- Conduct basic market research and assist in preparing analytical reports on service utilization and outreach effectiveness.
- Ensure professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality in all administrative and marketing-related tasks.
