Job Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule, confirm, and manage service appointments efficiently
- Dispatch and coordinate technicians’ daily schedules and routes
- Maintain clear and timely communication with technicians regarding job details, updates, and changes
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls related to:
- New bookings and appointment confirmations
- Rescheduling or cancellations
- Post-appointment follow-ups
- Service inquiries and general customer concerns
- Accurately document customer information, service notes, and updates in the system
- Monitor appointment progress and proactively address delays or issues
- Provide professional and courteous customer service at all times
- Assist with administrative tasks related to dispatch operations as needed
Qualifications & Requirements
- Fluent in English and must possess excellent verbal and written skills.
- Office work experience
- Previous experience in dispatching, scheduling, customer service, or call center roles (preferred)
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Proficient with computers, phone systems, and scheduling or CRM software
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
