Job Description:

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in business development, proposal writing, Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects, and National and International Competitive Bidding (NCB and ICB). This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and the capacity to create schedules that align with project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business development strategies across various sectors, identifying new opportunities and building strategic partnerships to drive growth.
  • Sufficient knowledge and skills to successfully conduct National Competitive Bidding (NCB) and International Competitive Bidding (ICB).
  • Ability to prepare, model, present, and defend proposals for Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects.
  • Prepare and write compelling proposals for new projects and partnerships.
  • Track and report on the status of proposal components.
  • Manage the registration process for new business opportunities, ensuring compliance with business regulations.
  • Strong ability to evaluate and analyze business opportunities while proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Conduct cost estimation for projects, providing accurate and competitive pricing.
  • Create and maintain documentation related to business development activities, including project plans, reports, and Creating Business Development Documents with usual and standard methods
  • Develop and manage project schedules, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure Growth and profitability.
  • Participate in business trade shows and conferences to promote the brand and identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare and present periodic reports to management on business development progress and new opportunities.
  • Identify and assess risks associated with projects and provide appropriate solutions for managing them.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to analyze costs and project profitability.
  • Create and implement processes and policies to support the overall business.
  • Perform any other relevant duty assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience in business development.
  • Strong proposal writing skills with a successful track record in submitting proposals.
  • Experience in cost estimation and project management.
  • Ability to prepare, model, present, and defend proposals for (PPP) projects.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Computer skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, and other relevant applications.
  • Languages: Proficiency in national languages and excellent communication skills in English.
