 NS is a pure Afghan company which has several years of telecom, constructing, electrical, Technical and Engineering Services with national and international companies.

Job Description:

•    Recruit staff: this includes developing job descriptions, preparing advertisements, checking applications forms, short-listing, interviewing and selecting candidates;
•    Coordinate and supervise preparation of employment agreements for all project staff;
•    Track and notify supervisors when annual appraisals are due – managing any resulting staffing change requests and contract amendments – ensuring that policies and procedures are followed according the Personnel Policy Manual; Train supervisors charged with conducting evaluations of staff members in their units, and monitor compliance with the process;

•    Provide applicants with information about the job including hours and pay, tasks, responsibilities and working conditions;

  • Leading the HR and Admin team, providing guidance, mentorship, and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and performance
  • The HR and Admin Manager is responsible for planning and executing various HR projects, such as training programs, recruitment drives, and policy implementations, ensuring they align with the company’s strategic objectives.
  • Depending on the organization, the HR and Admin Manager may have responsibilities related to HRIS management, employee benefits administration, or client interactions for HR-related matters.
  • Developing and ensuring compliance with organization policies and procedures

•    Prepare job descriptions and letters of appointment;

•    Discuss recruitment policies with superiors to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programs;

•    Supervise maintenance of all staff timesheets and leave records;

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree plus five years of experience. A degree in Human Resources Management or similar field (Administration) Master is preferred;
  • Experience working in a similar position for a private sector or an international organization is preferred;
  • Knowledge of Afghan Labor Law and/or Legal Regulations on labor;
  • Willingness to travel to province field offices on NS business. Must also have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, stressful environment. In addition, must be flexible, willing to perform other duties and work irregular hours;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written);
  • Conflict management skills;
  • Problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure;
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;

  • Support the administration departments in the bases with any HR matters
  • Manage administrative issues from Kabul office (official letters, meetings, registrations, residency, visas…).

Reporting: The HR manager will be directly reporting to Admin/HR Manager and CEO
