Job Description:

 

  1. Business Development Support
    1. Support the implementation of the company’s business development plans and initiatives.
    2. Assist in maintaining and updating the Sales & Marketing Manual and related documentation.
    3. Track sales activities, prepare basic sales reports, and support forecasting efforts.
    4. Participate in local business and networking events as required to promote the company.
    5. Coordinate preparation of materials required for business meetings, networking events, and presentations.
    6. Support the review and tracking of ongoing client engagements to identify potential business expansion opportunities.
  2. Marketing
    1. Ensure consistent application of the company’s brand across marketing materials and platforms.
    2. Assist with basic market research and updating customer profiles and target lists.
    3. Support outreach efforts to prospective clients and maintain an updated customer database.
    4. Create, coordinate, and distribute marketing content such as posts, brochures, and presentations.
    5. Maintain and regularly update the company website and social media accounts.
    6. Support digital marketing activities including social media posting, webinars, email campaigns, and basic analytics tracking.
    7. Assist in preparing newsletters and maintaining email contact lists.
    8. Coordinate the scheduling and timing of marketing campaigns and content releases.
    9. Maintain a centralized library of approved marketing materials and templates.
    10. Ensure marketing materials are updated to reflect changes in services, regulations, or company information.
  3. Sales
    1. Supervise and support the implementation of in-person and digital sales activities carried out by local staff.
    2. Assist in responding to client inquiries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating follow-ups.
    3. Support sales calls, presentations, and client communications as required.
    4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
    5. Monitor RFQ/RFP platforms and report relevant opportunities to the Managing Director.
    6. Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and contracts using company-approved tools and templates.
    7. Track proposal and quotation status to ensure timely follow-up and closure.
    8. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales outcomes for reporting purposes.
  4. Personnel Management
    1. Supervise and support junior sales and marketing staff, ensuring tasks are completed effectively and on time.
    2. Provide on-the-job guidance, motivation, and basic training to team members.
    3. Allocate tasks and monitor workloads to ensure efficient use of team resources.
    4. Provide regular feedback to team members and support performance review processes.
    5. Encourage professional development and adherence to the company’s values and standards.
    6. Monitor task deadlines and deliverables to ensure team accountability.
    7. Escalate performance or capacity issues to management with recommended solutions

Job Requirements:

 

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 3-5 years of proven experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably within a professional services environment (accounting, finance, legal).
  3. Seeks long-term career as a Sales & Marketing professional.
  4. Good written and excellent verbal communication skills in English, Dari, and Pashto.
  5. Practical experience with CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and MS Office.
  6. Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
  7. Familiarity with accounting principles and financial services is highly desirable.
