About HASSEL Microfinance Institution:

Hassel Microfinance Institution is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Agriculture Development Fund. Hassel is a standalone financial institution that provides microfinancing to the entire agriculture value chain. Hassel was established in November 2024 and received an operational license from the Central Bank of Afghanistan (DAB). Hassel is a national microfinance institution exclusively supporting agricultural and livestock businesses. Through Shariah-compliant financing products, Hassel provides accessible financial services designed for the agricultural sector, empowering both male and female clients to enhance productivity and sustainability. With a mission to uplift farmers and agribusinesses, Hassel aims to improve economic growth, resilience, and improved quality of life across agricultural communities.

• Lead and maintain the HASSEL  online accounts including social media and website.
• Develop and maintain HASSEL website in 3 languages and other social media channels like the Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
• Create design ideas using computer-based design packages such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premier, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects also Adobe Audition.
• Produce high quality photos and videos using DSLR.
• Create, update and maintain communications & media content for HASSEL, which promotes and increases the awareness about the good work and the achievements of the HASSEL. 
• Prepare press releases to disseminate information to the media on HASSEL’s activities. 
• Facilitate broadcast/telecast of important events/activities of the HASSEL to the stakeholders and general public on a regular basis.
• Lead the production of high-quality communications and publicity material for the dissemination of information about the HASSEL, including production of brochures, fact sheets, posters, videos and other multi-media products.
• Organize and lead HASSEL ’s events in Kabul and other provinces.
• Coordinate with provincial offices for marketing & communication unit.
• Support provincial offices for Marketing & promotional material.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by  supervisor.

• Bachelor’s degree in communication, BBA Journalism. Graphic desining  Or reletaed field, 
• Minimum of three (3) years multimedia production, graphic design, or video editing. Demonstrated experience communicating complex technical material at all levels of understanding and expertise. Demonstrated experience conveying inquiries and explanations completely, concisely, and in a professional manner in both written and verbal communications (i.e., Email or face-to-face conversations).

• Ability to work under pressure.
• Willing to travel to different provinces within Afghanistan.
• Excellent Language proficiency in spoken and written Pashto, Dari and English.
