Job Description:
The Sales Manager – eTop-Up Channels is responsible for building, managing, and expanding Zood Pay’s eTop-Up sales and distribution network across all channels, including wholesalers, agents, retailers, and corporate partners. The role focuses on driving transaction volume, revenue growth, channel performance, and regulatory compliance while maintaining strong relationships with telecom operators and distribution partners.
1. Sales Channel Development & Management
- Develop, expand, and manage nationwide eTop-Up sales channels including wholesalers, sub-agents, retailers, and digital partners.
- Onboard new sales partners and ensure proper contracting, KYC, and compliance procedures.
- Define channel structures, pricing models, commission frameworks, and incentive schemes.
- Monitor channel performance and optimize underperforming areas.
2. Sales Performance & Revenue Growth
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for transaction volume and revenue.
- Increase the number of active agents and transaction frequency.
- Prepare and execute sales plans aligned with company strategy.
- Analyze sales data, trends, and KPIs to improve overall performance.
3. Agent & Partner Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, agents, and key accounts.
- Conduct regular field visits and partner performance evaluations.
- Resolve commercial, operational, and settlement issues.
- Coordinate with telecom operators and aggregators when required.
4. Operations & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Ensure accurate reconciliation, timely settlements, and commission payments.
- Support new product launches, promotions, and sales campaigns.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
5. Reporting & Governance
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
- Monitor agent activity, fraud risks, and abnormal transaction patterns.
- Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis, and strategic recommendations to management.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing,, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, distribution, or channel management with eTopup companies, mobile money companies or FMCG sector.
- Proven experience in telecom, fintech, mobile money, or eTop-Up distribution.
- Strong understanding of commission-based sales models.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and reporting abilities.
- Deep understanding of eTop-Up and digital payment ecosystems.
- Ability to manage large, geographically distributed sales networks.
- Fluency in Dari, Pashto & English preferred.
- High level of integrity, accountability, and compliance awareness.
