Job Description:
Key Role:
Ensure financial integrity, optimize working capital, and provide timely financial reporting for decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payments to Kalleh/manufacturing partners (LC, TT, advance payments)
- Manage distributor credit terms and collections
- Track daily revenue by SKU, city, and channel
- Prepare weekly P&L statements and variance analysis
- Monitor inventory valuation and stock aging
- Cash flow forecasting and working capital optimization
- Coordinate with Quqnoos Group Finance for treasury support
- Ensure compliance with import/export financial regulations
- Monthly financial reporting to the general manager
- Audit support and financial documentation
Job Requirements:
- 3-5 years finance experience (FMCG or distribution companies preferred)
- Strong understanding of working capital management (inventory, receivables)
- Experience with import/export payment instruments (LC, advance payment, TT)
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities
- Experience with ERP/accounting software
- Fluent in Dari/Pashto and English
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/ACCA preferred)
