Job Description:
Position Definition:
Execute daily retail sales, merchandising, and order-taking across the assigned route/beat.
Key Role:
Maximize product availability, visibility, and sales velocity in assigned retail outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit number of retail outlets daily (traditional shops, supermarkets)
- Take orders from retailers and process them via the territory manager.
- Ensure products properly displayed with POS materials
- Check stock levels, expiry dates, and product freshness
- Educate retailers on product features, pricing, and promotions
- Collect competitor intelligence (pricing, new launches, promotions)
- Build strong relationships with shop owners/managers
- Achieve daily/weekly sales targets assigned by the territory manager.
- Submit daily sales reports and market feedback
Job Requirements:
- 1-3 years sales experience (FMCG preferred, not mandatory)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Driver's license
- Physically fit for daily field visits (6-8 hours)
- Basic numeracy and smartphone proficiency (order entry)
- Honest, disciplined, and target-oriented
- Fluent in Dari/Pashto
- High school diploma minimum
