Afghanistan Development and Welfare Services Organization (ADWSO) is a national non-governmental organization established in 2008 and operating across Afghanistan. ADWSO works to improve the livelihoods and well-being of vulnerable communities through interventions in livelihood support, agriculture, vocational training, child protection, capacity building, and women’s empowerment.

• Facilitate input and output market linkages for farmers
• Support farmers on:
  • Product quality standards
  • Packaging, grading, and basic branding
  • Market-ready volumes and bulking strategies
• Organize B2B meetings between farmers, traders, processors, and buyers
• Support establishment and strengthening of farmer clusters/cooperatives
• Coordinate with private sector actors and agro-SMEs for sustained market access
• Contribute to market-related reporting and success stories

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or Marketing
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in agricultural marketing or market facilitation

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Understanding of local agricultural markets
• Practical experience working with farmers and traders
