Job Description:
The Finance & Admin Officer will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial, administrative, and logistical activities at the project site. The position ensures proper financial controls, accurate record-keeping, and compliance with organizational policies.
Job Requirements:
Finance:

Maintain proper financial records, cashbooks, vouchers, and supporting documents

Prepare and process payments, advances, and petty cash transactions

Ensure compliance with organizational financial policies and procedures

Prepare daily financial reports and submit them to head office
Administration:

Manage office administration and filing systems at the project site

Support procurement processes and maintain inventory records

Handle HR-related documentation (attendance, leave records, contracts)

Coordinate with logistics and program teams for smooth project operations
